  26. Short description : Comprehensive batch-file utility to check almost
  27.                     anything you like to check.

  29. Description       : MTC can be used as a batch-file enhancement. There
  30.                     are build-in tests for dates (normal, relative and
  31.                     absolute) on frequencies day, week, month, quarter,
  32.                     year. There are build-in tests for carrier-detect,
  33.                     desqview-detect, free-space detect, memory consump-
  34.                     tion and there are several tests on files (exist,
  35.                     changed, is-archive ?).

  37. Updates           : 2.05 is a speedup-release. Also the non-registered
  38.                     users can now enjoy MTC a bit better because the
  39.                     non-registered input-screen is displayed only 15
  40.                     seconds;
